Vinification
The grapes from the western Istrian vineyard site of Cupiga were harvested in two stages. The first harvest was carried out earlier to capture freshness and aromatics, while the second was during the regular harvest period to achieve body and strength. Regarding the fermentation process, the wine fermented in oak and matured in oak barrels.
Recommended with food
It pairs best with seafood and fish, but it is also an excellent choice with veal.
