Another Bastiàn grape harvest for the 2023 season has been successfully completed!

At the end of August, the 2023 grape harvest began - sunny days and high temperatures brought the black Pinot and Chardonnay grapes - and in the Cupig area to the perfect degree of ripeness, malt and acidity, for making sparkling wine. The right moment, analysis, careful manual harvesting and processing of grapes are the only way to top quality wine, so we pay full attention to it. While the early harvest of the white varieties takes place, the later varieties have enough time to reach their full maturity. We rounded off this vintage by picking black varieties by hand - we filled the last caskets and rounded off the 2023 vintage in the most beautiful way!
